Hello followers! These will be the last photos for awhile, we have no guests until February 11th. Here are some of the last meals with did before our break. Enjoy!
Meal One
Panzanella salad


Chicken corn chowder with oyster crackers

Meal Two
Sushi starting from left: Ahi tuna roll, smoked salmon and scallion roll and spicy crab roll


 Lobster, beef and cherub tomato satays on bed of vegetable basmati rice


Dessert wontons with green tea ice cream
Meal Three
Butternut squash ravioli with brown butter sauce and a deep fried prosciutto  and parmesan ravioli


Cube of pan seared pork tenderloin, spheres of roasted yukon gold potatoes, and triangles of glazed carrots


Jello cup and fruit mousse dessert starting from left: purple raspberry with lemon, orange with blackberry, and lime with strawberry
Meal Four (Noel's birthday meal)
Cheese platter starting from left: Baked brie with tomato basil relish and balsamic reduction, shaved Taleggio, grilled halloumi, and assorted crostini   


Pan seared scallop, shrimp scampi, and coconut shrimp on a bed of garlic mashed yukon potatoes  with sauteed asparagus and seafood cream sauce


White and chocolate cake with vanilla mousse and raspberry

    1. Casey and I create all the meals that we make. Casey has the most say in what we make, but I make a few suggestions here and there that make it. Casey is not a recipe kind of guy.
